"Christopher was introduced to me by the Deputy Director of Personnel, who had used his services successfully to resolve a difficult working relationship within a department in the Trust.

I needed to resolve an issue between two members of staff from the same team whose working relationship had deteriorated over a number of years .

Christopher spent a day with them at a venue off site and managed to secure an agreement from them both on how they should behave towards the other. Since that time they have developed a relationship that now means they can work together.

Christopher again helped me with a rather more acute problem between staff members, A senior nurse who was present during the mediation as a 'buddy' for one of the participations felt his approach was very good and non judgmental.

I would happily use this service again. To have a person with these skills who has no connection to the employer is a great advantage. "
